Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using drpr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including anonymous visitors, registered account holders, and automated agents or scripts accessing the API.
2. Description of Service
drpr is a static file hosting platform that allows users to upload HTML files, ZIP archives, images, PDFs, and other static assets and receive a publicly accessible URL. The Service is available with and without an account.
3. Accounts
You may use drpr without an account for anonymous uploads. Creating an account gives you access to additional features including a dashboard, custom subdomains, and longer retention periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use drpr to upload, host, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal under applicable law
- Infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Is used for phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
- Constitutes spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Violates any person's privacy or facilitates unauthorized surveillance
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload to drpr. By uploading content, you grant drpr a limited, non-exclusive license to store, serve, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content you submit.
6. Public Accessibility
All files hosted on drpr are publicly accessible via their URL by default. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or private information unless you understand and accept that it will be publicly accessible to anyone with the link.
7. Plans and Payments
drpr offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
Lifetime plans grant access to paid features for as long as the Service exists. We reserve the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Free-tier uploads are automatically deleted after 15 days. Paid-plan uploads are retained until deleted by the user or until account termination.
We reserve the right to delete content that violates these terms at any time without notice.
9. API Usage
The drpr API may be used by automated agents, scripts, and third-party integrations subject to these terms. Excessive or abusive API usage that degrades service for other users may result in rate limiting or suspension.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, drpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless drpr and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
